I work with family's daily that are dealing with a parents death, selling the house, the cars, sorting through of all of Moms most treasured possessions. Some are pretty easy, but most are a big mess. Estate Planning is the best thing we can do for the people we're leaving behind. I turned 65 in February and now that I'm officially an Old Lady, I've started making plans for the last part of my life. I never thought I needed a trust, but I'm having second thoughts.
